We offer a variety of treatments to suit any lifestyle, and we strive to maintain a warm, welcoming office environment so you're comfortable from your very first visit.

What to Expect at Your Free Orthodontic Consultation

First things first: we're proud to offer your initial consultation at our office completely free of charge! During your complimentary initial exam, our Beamsville orthodontist, Dr. Pershad, will perform a thorough, careful review of you or your child's mouth, teeth, bite, and overall jaw and bone structure. Based on this examination, your Fonthill orthodontist will make a preliminary diagnosis of the general orthodontic problem, then talk with you to help you understand the nature of your orthodontic condition, the treatment options available, and the approximate length and cost of treatment. We believe patient education is crucial, so Dr. Pershad will take the time necessary to answer your questions and help you understand fully.

Your Orthodontic Records Appointment

If you decide to move forward with treatment, we'll then take several diagnostic records to help Dr. Pershad reach a precise diagnosis and construct your treatment plan. We'll take your medical and dental history, perform a more comprehensive clinical examination, make models of your teeth (impressions), take any necessary photos, and take x-rays. Based on these records, Dr. Pershad will create a detailed, personalized treatment plan to help you reach your new smile as conveniently as possible. With all this in place, we'll go over the finalized specifics of your treatment with you and schedule an appointment to place your orthodontic appliances.

Regular Check-Up Appointments with Your St. Catharines Orthodontist

Your appliance-placing appointment normally takes about 1 to 2 hours, during which we'll place your braces or give you your Invisalign aligners along with thorough wear instructions. After this appointment, we'll bring you back to our Beamsville orthodontic office for 30-minute check-up appointments every 4-8 weeks, allowing us to monitor the progress of your treatment and fix any issues that come up. To provide the best possible care to our patients, we reserve appointments specifically for you – so to ensure we continue to provide the best service, we ask for at least 24-hours notice if you'll need to cancel an appointment.
